Joe Berlinger is an award-winning filmmaker, journalist and photographer, whose films include celebrated documentaries like PARADISE LOST 3: PURGATORY, METALLICA: SOME KIND OF MONSTER, and the Sundance award-winning piece BROTHER’S KEEPRER. His documentary short, OUTRAGEOUS TAXI STORIES, became a cult favorite on the festival circuit. Bruce Sinofsky is an acclaimed documentary film maker whose work has earned him a Directors Guild Award and two Emmys. In 1991 he teamed up with Joe Berlinger to form the production company, Creative Thinking International, through which the pair jointly worked to produce, edit, and direct documentary films that have appeared on over 50 critics’ choice lists, including PARADISE LOST, BROTHER’S KEEPER, HOLLYWOOD HIGH, and METALLICA: SOME KIND OF MONSTER. Their work is done in various styles, ranging from paen to Cinéma Vérité.
