synopsis

The artists – Nancy Spero, Marina Abramovic, Kiki Smith, Ghada Amer and Swoon – are at different stages of life and have widely varying cultural backgrounds; each has a distinctive passion, character, motivation and artistic style. But they all have one thing in common: the city to which they have journeyed and now call home.
